What: open my purse a lot of times per day. Find my wallet, keys, phone, etc
How: twist clasp, put my hand inside and mess up around blind
Fustration: Close claps is hard when I am holding stuff in my hand like a phone or a wallet. I need use two hands. Sometime i close it bad and my purse remains open
